Delivery Time

We will send your order after we have received your payment. The delivery time is approx. 3-5 days.

Your order will be packed and shipped by a workshop for people with disabilities.

We ship with DHL GoGreen.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs inlcude packaging and postage. We charge the following:

• Shipping within Germany: 3,90 € Free shipping above 50,00€ (including VAT)
• Shipping within the EU*: 9,90€ EU - We ship to the following countries: Belgique / België (Belgium), България (Bulgaria), Hrvatska (Croatia), Česká republika (Czech Republic), Cyprus , Danmark (Denmark), Eesti (Estonia), España (Spain), France, Ireland, Italia (Italy), Latvija (Latvia), Lietuva (Lithuania), Luxembourg, Magyarország (Hungary), Malta, Nederland (Netherlands), Österreich (Austria), Polska (Poland), Portugal, România (Romania), Slovenija (Slovenia), Slovenská republika (Slovakia), Suomi (Finland), Sverige (Sweden), Ελλάδα (Greece))
• We currently do not ship to countries outside of the EU.

Payment methods

Our minimum order value is 15€. We offer the following payment methods.

• PayPal Plus (PayPal, direct debit or credit card) - Pay securely and quickly via the login of your PayPal account. Your PayPal account is linked to your bank account or credit card, so that PayPal will charge you directly.
• Prepayment - After receiving your order confirmation, you will pay the total amount to our bank account. Your order will be sent after receipt of payment.
